Federico Battaner
Chief Investment Officer
Federico Battaner is a professional with over 30 years of experience in financial markets. An expert in asset management, he previously held the position of Head of Equities and Pension Funds at a leading Spanish asset management firm and held senior roles as Chief Investment Officer and Fund Manager at two prestigious financial institutions. Battaner began his career in the area of financial derivatives.
Victor Morales
Fund Manager
He has over seven years of experience as an investment fund manager at Novo Banco Gestión and Trea AM, where he managed fixed-income and equity portfolios. Previously, he worked at Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) in Market Operations division. Morales holds a degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Complutense University of Madrid and completed his financial training with a Master’s in Value Investing and Economic Cycle Theory at OMMA.
Javier Gil
Fund Manager
Javier Gil has a strong technical background, holding an MSc in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM). Furthermore, he has specialised training in Equity Value Investing. His professional experience includes four years as a Financial Consultant in the Corporate & Investment Banking division at Banco Santander, where he adquired extensive knowledge and skills in Financial Markets. For the last two years, he worked as an Equity and Fixed Income Analyst at Trea AM, performing the duties of analyst and portfolio manager of mixed-asset funds.
Eduardo Garcia-Oliveros
Private Equity – Investment Directo
Eduardo García-Oliveros has +10 years of experience in Private Equity Direct Investments and M&A Advisory. Previously, Eduardo worked in private equity firms like Alter Capital, as Head of the Madrid Office, or Gala Capital. He started his professional career in investment banking, advising on M&A transactions in entities like Nomura in London or BBVA in Madrid. Eduardo holds a dual degree in International Business and Management “Cum Laude” from ICADE and Northeastern University (Boston, MA).
Pablo Neira
Private Equity – Investment Associate
Pablo Neira has over 4 years of experience in Private Equity and M&A advisory. He has developed his career at firms such as Arcano Partners and Alter Capital, where he was involved in the analysis and execution of direct investments in growth capital and buyout transactions, focusing on the Spanish low-middle market with a generalist approach. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Seville.
