Head of fixed Income and Macro Analysis
He has 30 years of experience in international financial markets. Over 20 years as a senior fixed income trader (bonds and credit derivatives) in various entities (Barclays, Santander, MUFJ) in London and New York. Pedro holds a degree in Economics from the University of Oviedo and a master’s in finance from the University of Reading, United Kingdom
Javier Gil
Porfolio Manager
Javier Gil has a strong technical background with a degree in Civil Engineering from the Politécnica University of Madrid. Additionally, he has financial training in Equity Value Investing. His work experience includes 4 years as a Financial Consultant in the Corporate and Investment Banking department at Banco Santander, where he developed extensive knowledge and skills in Financial Markets. For the past 2 years, he worked as an Equity Analyst for Trea AM, performing duties as an analyst and manager of Equity and Mixed Funds.
Victor Morales
Porfolio Manager
He has over five years of experience as a fund manager at Novo Banco Gestión and Trea AM, managing fixed income and equity portfolios. Previously, he worked at Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) in the Market Operations area. Morales holds a degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Complutense University of Madrid and completed his financial education with a Master in Value Investing and Economic Cycle Theory at OMMA.
Alberto Muñoz
Director of Marketing and Communication
For the past 5 years, he has worked with Trea AM, where he held the position of Director of Marketing and Communication. He also has extensive experience in Communication, Branding, and Business Development at companies such as Deloitte and KPMG. He graduated in Marketing and Commercial Management from the Autónoma University of Madrid and has extensive training in Marketing and the digital area, including a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Business at Novancia Business School in Paris, a master’s in marketing and Sales at ESADE, and a certification in Digital Marketing from Santa Clara University, Silicon Valley.
Patricia López
Business Development Director
She joins from Trea, where she spent 5 years as Head of Sales for the fund manager. Previously, she worked at Schroders AM as an Account Director. She holds a master’s in financial Markets and Banking from the Autónoma University of Madrid and graduated from Richmond University, London in Administration and Finance.
Carlos Alosete
Account Director
Carlos Alosete holds a degree in Economics from Carlos III University of Madrid, a master’s in financial Markets and Alternative Investments (MFIA) from BME and is a certified financial advisor by EFPA. In recent years, he has held various roles in the commercial department of Trea AM and previously worked as fund analyst and was part of the business development team at Finect.
Leandro Serrano
Operations Director
For the past 5 years, he has worked at Liberbank Gestión SGIIC, where he held the position of Director of IIC Administration. He also has over 20 years of extensive experience in fund management companies such as Urquijo Gestión, Bancaja Fondos, CajAstur Gestión, Banco Madrid Gestión Activos, and Liberbank Gestión. Leandro studied Public Administration and Management at the Complutense University of Madrid and is a Specialist Technician in Management Informatics and Accounting, with extensive training and experience in Back Office and operations of fund management companies, including courses taken at BME and FEF for Expert in Back Office Management (GBO) and Specialist in IIC Valuation, as well as the Financial Mind course for Specialist in IIC.
